Well, we finally got a blog going. Hopefully I got it right. It's been a great and exciting time having Cade come into our lives. As you know he is a really happy kiddo and loves to smile. This last week has been fun because he has discovered his voice. The last couple of days he's been growling.
I have been going to school and taking classes to get ready to apply to nursing school. The plan has changed a little. I am now going to apply to graduate school for social work instead. It was a tough decision, but we feel good about it.
The other exciting thing is that we decided, through much prayer and a visit to the temple, that Valerie will be with Cade full time!!! We're really happy with the decision and feel that it's the right thing to do. We have gotten a lot of encouragement and support. Valerie's co-workers are sad to see her go but they have been very supportive and many have told she made the right decision and will never regret it.
Valerie is starting a piano studio and has plans to teach up to 20 students. (Not at the same time.)
